PRESENTATION:
Don Hughes is responsible for the academic program, facility development, and management of the site. He is the only Florida State College administrator based in Nassau County and often represents the college in the community.
COST:
$12 per person

Phil's goal is to assist clients with their unique commercial real estate needs. Clients are sometimes surprised to find that his advice does not involve buying, selling or leasing real estate but instead he focuses on refinancing, or to restructure the asset to achieve better performance.
His experience has included short sale negotiations, sale leaseback, business brokerage, Landlord-Tenant joint venture, Lease-Purchase, commercial retail, office and condo association management, lender workouts and general leasing and sales. Deal size ranges from 500 to 30,000 square foot lease deals up to $4.5M. Other work includes owner representation for liquor licenses, zoning variances and contractor oversight of tenant improvements.
He specializes in deals that require tough decisions and multiple party concessions. He loves to solve problems because at the end of the day, if there wasn't an issue no one would need his services.
